\nWe make efforts to keep employees’ life balance of work and parenting in harmony and to maintain the comfortable workplace environment which make employees fully demonstrate their capability. And also, in order to create the environment where the children who will bear the next generation grow healthily, the following ACTION PLANS are defined ;<\/p>\n

The Period of our Action Plan : from April 1, 2023 till March 31, 2025<\/p>\n

Objective 1.<\/p>\n

The system of Maternity leave before and after child birth, Child-care leave, Child-care leave benefits and Exemption from payment of Social Insurance Premium during Child-care leave shall be known to all employees, and we shall provide the information for these systems.<\/p>\n

from 5\/2023 : Distribute the prepared pamphlet to employees<\/p>\n

Objective 2.<\/p>\n

I raise the safe driving awareness of the employee to protect a child from a traffic accident.<\/p>\n

from 4\/2023 : Display poster regarding “Safe Driving”<\/p>\n

from 4\/2023 : Disseminate “Safe Driving” to all employees with company newsletter<\/p>\n
